I was very impressed with Jeremy's all round performance, he was also always available to show me back through the property as you do not always take in everything even after a couple of viewings, example placement of furniture, power points etc. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend.

Jeremy managed to sell our house in 9 days, a great result considering the time of year and the market at present. He was everything we required and did everything possible to get the property under contract.

Very pleased with a quick outcome. Highly recommend Jeremy.

Our property sold within 2 weeks of listing (with Harcourts). In preparing for re-location to Queensland, our property had been on the market for the previous 3 months, having used another agency and an agent who i had personally known for some time, unfortunately this may have been a waste of 3 months as we were very disappointed in the lack of communication from that agent, and to us it seemed it was very much a a matter of taking the listing then 'seeing what happened'...anyway enough about them. We listed our property with Harcourts (at a similar price), after meeting with Jeremy and Jayne, and were suitably impressed with their professionalism, strategy discussions and communication. Marketing, open homes and other strategies were discussed in detail and emails and phone calls were regular to keep us up to date with feedback and prospects etc. Very pleased with our end result, and i don't think you will be disappointed if you engage Jeremy to look after your sale. Cheers C.

He was great agent and worked hard right through to settlement.

Jeremy helped us find the home of our dreams. He made sure we didn't miss out on the house we fell in love with at first sight. Outstanding communication and people skills. Would highly recommend Jeremy!

Jeremy did an outstanding job in appraising, marketing and selling our home. His skills and service were first class and we would highly recommend him to other sellers.

We had to leave Launceston for a job in Victoria, this required selling our house and moving interstate with a 4 year old. After breaking the news that our house wasn't worth as much as we hoped Jeremy explained why and then set about trying to get us the best price. He managed to sell the house for a very good price, within weeks. We were able to leave Tassie with no stress about the house. Both Jeremy and his assistant (? sorry if wrong term) were helpful and communicated with us frequently. Very happy.

Jeremy was extremely helpful from start to finish, I would definitely recommend him for the sale of your property

Jeremy was the consummate professional, selling my house in a tough Tasmanian market. His enthusiasm, good humour and professional approach certainly helped. He even managed to deal with my Great Dane without any problems at all. I would recommend you speak to him if you are considering selling your property in Launceston.

It was good to have a knowledgeable person show me my new property. Jeremy was able to answer all of my questions about Dilston, Launceston, and Tasmania! This is important when moving from interstate. He is a good negotiator and follow up queries were always dealt with quickly and efficiently with back up from his office.

Jeremy was very professional and helpful in selling our property. His advice and communication was great and helped make selling the property effortless. We had an offer on our property after a week of being listed, we would highly recommend Jeremy.
