Jess Smith of McGrath's Gungahlin was clearly very experienced and knowledgable and definitely not a typical "in your face real estate agent"!! From the moment we met Jess we clicked and we knew she was the agent who we could trust to sell my elderly parent's home of 20+ years - we didn't even consult with any other agents.
