We had a whatsapp chat group with herself and her team which was super convenient as there was always someone responding within 1-2 days answering any queries we had. Through the quiet periods where we didn't need to communicate much we would still get an update on how things were progressing. Jess worked super hard with the buyer to get our asking price that we ended up selling the apartment less than 3 weeks of being on the market and got us the settlement period we needed which supperted us well in finding our next place!
