After meeting Avi at a home open earlier this year she has kept us updated regarding properties which might suit our requirements. A short time passed when Avi arranged a viewing at a property which suited our needs to a tee which we have now purchased. Avi has knowledge, experience & people skills regarding the many facets of this industry.
AGL is a lovely person to talk to, I asked a few curly questions, and if she didn't know, she would find out and get straight back to me
Always updated in quick time in relation to prospect of new buyers.Always very polite and helpful.
an agent who contacts you regularly and provides good service
Avi could not have been more helpful. ...it has been "trying " times..Avi has been a constance at this time..Thank You
Avi assisted us with our recent purchase and we can only say wonderful things about her service! From our very first inspection right through until our contract went unconditional, Avi was friendly, professional, helpful and always prompt in replying to all of our messages or requests. Avi really goes above and beyond and we would highly recommend her for your property needs.
Well done Avi! You made us feel at home and helped us in every area of our purchase! Thank you! 🌺👍
I've bought and sold many houses and I've never had an agent who has such high professionalism but maintains their own endearingly bubbly, thoughtful personality. I first met Avi when I was at one of her open homes as a buyer and was instantly charmed by her friendly personality, her knowledge in greeting the buyers she knew and her enthusiasm in learning about those she met for the first time. She definitely goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome for sellers and buyers alike! She was dedicated to keeping me informed of every new interested buyer, puts in extra hours for additional inspections to suit the buyers and made herself available to answer any questions at any time of the day which was a godsend with my hectic work schedule. I will definitely be asking Avi to sell my houses in the future!
Avi put together an efficient campaign, targeting the ideal purchasers, which she achieved very quickly. A stress free experience. Would recommend highly as someone who knows her area of expertise.
Avi was terrific, she kept in touch all the way through, was realistic in her assessments and we achieved a good result.
As much or as little involvement as you want. Easy to deal with and available.
I can not recommend are they enough as a real estate agent. RV was very transparent to all parties involved, highly efficient, very organised, hard-working, and sold the property for a premium price. If I ever had a neighbour another property to sell in Coffs Harbour, I would 100% contact Avi.
