Avi is very personable and passionate about her work in real estate. We were selling a wonderful waterfront level floodfree block of land that used to be the site of our home but due to family circumstances we decided to sell the land instead of rebuilding. Potential buyers came and went., not prepared to pay the price Avi kept us informed of any potential buyers all the time and provided us with a weekly electronic update. Avi regularly discussed marketing strategies and she made us feel that our sale was a priority for her. Finally the day came and offers were made and negotiations were put in place for the land .
