He negotiated a realistic price which was achieved in a very reasonable time frame, and clearly explained where things stood every step of the way. His communication skills are excellent and his responses to all of our queries were measured and honest. There was no huge sales pitch which was a relief and we felt very comfortable with his honest approach. He knows his trade and we would highly recommend him. Karen is an honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable agent. Our block of 4 flats not strata titled created some difficulties especially with 2 flats containing elderly long term tenants - one couple having lived there for over 50 years. Karen treated them with respect and courtesy and kept them informed as well. As she presented us with several contracts she explained the pros and cons of each one as well as listening and taking into account our views on the sale. Her young employee, Katie who did a lot of the hard work especially at open houses displayed the same work ethics and negotiation skills. The agency did not charge any upfront costs.

Karen had a very good knowledge of the market in my area. She was able to provide a fair assessment of the state of my property and what it is worth. What options I would need to do to improve the property if needed. She had an available list of prospective buyers who could be interested. Provided a strategy plan for possible different outcomes. All in all she was very easily to work with and provided clear upfront costs that would be involved.
