Daniel was available to speak to us throughout the process from day one even though we were often in different time zones. He negotiated a realistic price which was achieved in a very reasonable time frame, and clearly explained where things stood every step of the way. His communication skills are excellent and his responses to all of our queries were measured and honest. There was no huge sales pitch which was a relief and we felt very comfortable with his honest approach. He knows his trade and we would highly recommend him. Karen is an honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable agent. Our block of 4 flats not strata titled created some difficulties especially with 2 flats containing elderly long term tenants - one couple having lived there for over 50 years. Karen treated them with respect and courtesy and kept them informed as well. As she presented us with several contracts she explained the pros and cons of each one as well as listening and taking into account our views on the sale. Her young employee, Katie who did a lot of the hard work especially at open houses displayed the same work ethics and negotiation skills. The agency did not charge any upfront costs.
