We had a problem with conflicting settlement dates for both the property we were selling in NSW and the one we were purchasing in Qld. The original agent we dealt with was Jade Hale, however, when I tried to contact Jade, I was put in touch with Ian. Ian resolved the. problem in a day and from then on, thanks entirely to Ian, all went smoothly and settlement occurred on schedule seamlessly.
