There are very few people who do what they say they will, Barry Chick is one of them! Barry sold our property in 2 days, which is fantastic, but that wasn’t the best part! Barry obviously had done the hard yards before even speaking to us, he has had ongoing communication with potential buyers, keeping in touch with them to ensure that he would be able to “pull a rabbit out of his hat” when the time was right. Barry was excellent to deal with. Why becasue he was plesant, did what he said he was going to do and returned phone calls. This may not sound like much but in a time when buyers outnumber sellers we found it difficult to find an agent would could even manage these basic things. I would recommend him without hesitation.
