Barry valued the house a while ago, told him we were not in a rush. He came back a few weeks later which just happened to work for us as we had found another property we were interested in. Despite a couple of minor glitches he had deal done and everything fell into place. No fuss, just got it done and we’re very happy.

Didn’t feel as though Barry was assisting with negotiations at all. I was left in correspondence to the seller, rubbishing our offer to purchase. Professionalism was lacking and feel as though we were used to increase the purchase price. Ended up contacting the owner direct, after being adviser a contract was signed for the property (when it wasn’t) and was denied an opportunity to increase our purchase offer by Barry, until we contacting the owner, who requested professionals give us the opportunity to submit a multi offers.
