Although the property price seemed to fluctuate and I hope the property we have now bought is correct as the property at Carey Road is not what we paid for. I am currently sitting at 30 Benowa St and busy unpacking. I hope we have got the right place?

We bought our home from Barry in 2000, then asked him to sell it 19 years later. While not the only agent we engaged, and the property took a year to sell, Barry was the most persistent and consistent.
He presented well and had all relative information available to us at the open house. Barry has a good local knowledge and can refer local contractors for any additional help needed on the property. Barry was great with us.He explained everything to me simply and clearly...sent emails to his clients who were looking for a home at Tambourine mountain....assured me that he would sell it quickly./..and guess what?? he did hooray..he even went there after we had left the house to keep the new lawn we had laid green until the new owner came back from holidays. one thing though Barry...would have preferred a sweeter bottle of bubbly it was little dry ha ha.
