As a seller, Bassam was very creative on how he marketed my home and handled the transaction. The one thing that impressed me the most about Bassam was the fact that he was very professional was straight talking. Bassam was upfront and told me the high and low value I could get for my property. My house went under contract within 3 days after advertising at the high price valuation. Bassam attended many house valuations and inspections for buyer without me being at home. Buyer for my house was very fussy and Bassam managed to handle the situation well and get the sale over the line. His advise to me during the cooling down period was exceptional.
