Bassam was exceptional selling two of our properties. After having interviewed numerous high profile Bankstown real estate agents we decided to widen our search for a real estate agent to Greenacre as well. Initially we were a little hesitant that an agent from Greenacre may not have the knowledge and expertise to deal with a Bankstown property. Immediately after meeting with Bassam Barake all our worries and apprehensions were laid to rest. His level of expertise, honesty and understanding was second to none. This was far from your standard property deal as there were numerous stake holders due to inheritance issues yet Bassam was more than accommodating taking calls from everybody involved and meeting with each stake holder. Through out the process Bassam kept us well informed and was very understanding to the delicate situation. He went far and beyond the normal scope of a real estate agent doing everything he could to lessen the burden to what was already a very stressful time in our lives and for that we are extremely thankful & wouldn't hesitate recommending his services to anyone looking at selling or buying.
