We found Carter Cooper reality great to deal with. Especially Kim Carter & Charlotte. Highly recommend them.

I could not recommend Kim Carter & team more highly, they were extremely helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Anyone selling in Hervey Bay would be mad to not use this team. Joan Dodds

Kim went above and beyond for my husband and I. We have used her for several of our property sales and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Would purchase through Kim anytime.

Kim she was a lovely agent always keeping on top of any changes and giving all the information from the get go!

Our house sold within 3 weeks under Kim’s control. Kim and her team were available any time to talk to and the whole process was really stress free. Thanks to Kim and her team, my husband was spared my anxiety! Thank you!

Couldnt recommend a better agent. Kim was great from the first day we listed to the day the property settled.

Having never sold a house in Australia, or purchased a house in Queensland before, we found the process of purchasing interstate, especially challenging. Kim was an absolute treasure to us. Kim's knowledge, understanding & warmth were invaluable. I'm sure most Agents would have become quite impatient with our constant phone calls & never ending questions, but Kim always assisted us, in her usual bright & cheerful manner. I would highly recommend Kim as an Agent, to anyone thinking of buying or selling & I would have no hesitation in asking Kim to be our Agent, if we decided to sell in the future.

Thank you to Kim Carter for such great work in selling my unit. Easy to communicate and efficient helping with all matters and met with all my expectations. Thank you to Carter Cooper and would highly recommend them

Quick and easy transaction. At home after hours service.

Kim Karter sold our house in no time. Kim's negotiating skills were very good. We were always able to get a call back. Always patient and able to get information in regards to the sale of the house. Kim gave us lots of advice. We have bought and sold houses through Kim. And we got the best results. We would recommend Kim Karter to anyone buying or selling a house. Thank you Kim. Zak and Lena

Kim is all over her job and is great to work with.
