I found a property online, and Kim Carter provided a very good insight to the area as I was out of town. She met me at the property on time & spent hours showing me about a fantastic, extremely well presented semi rural property which met my criteria. After a successful, hassle free negotiation facilitated by Kim, I was successful in purchasing a new home for my wife & I. Kim saw us through all the way to settlement, & we look forward to moving in shortly. Kim's knowledge of the area & this property in particular ensured a very smooth purchase process. I would commend her to anyone interested to buy or sell a property in the Hervey Bay / Fraser Coast region.

Would recommend Kim to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling their home. Would be happy to deal with Kim in the future if the need arises.

Wasn't completely happy with rental management team but Kim stepped in and got things moving.

Kim has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our selling experience. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of selling.

Kim was fantastic at every stage of the sale of my home. Her attention to detail and professionalism was much appreciated. She exceeded my expectations and went over and above during the listing and subsequent sale. A 5 star experience!
