I’d like to thank Carter Cooper Realty Hervey Bay for their commitment to the sale of our acre block. I felt completely looked after, especially being unknowledgable in how the process works, with open homes going smoothly, always being kept up to date of progress and Kim helping me understand a few tricky questions. I will definitely be calling on Carter Cooper with our future real estate interests. Regards Kerry Green and Debbie Budd

Our purchase of a lovely unit here in Hervey Bay was made a very positive and good experience because of the very professional way the whole deal was handled by Kim Carter. Kim was at all times pleasant and willing to assist with all enquiries. Responding quickly and pleasantly with answers and information requested. In particular Kim was available at all times and willing to guide and help with our purchase. A stressful time made very comfortable by Kim's knowledge and professionalism!!!

Thanks Kim for facilitating a smooth easy transaction.

Very happy with our experience with Carter Cooper Realty.

We moved to Hervey Bay firstly renting through Carter Cooper Realty while searching for our new home. The property Management Department is professional and prompt, I would recommend them to Investors, Home Owners and Tenants, who, in return will receive a fair, professional and prompt service. We found our home through an advertisement on realestate.com.au and proceeded to an inspection the following day. Kim Carter and her team conduct themselves in an exemplary manner, availing themselves to their clients, follow through with communication and make the process of buying property a pleasurable one. Our purchase had problems from the beginning, but, through honest and open communication, Kim Carter encouraged us to hang in there when at times it felt fruitless and frustrating. She was empathic through the difficult times and created a rapport that made us feel comfortable in our reliance on her to make our purchase a reality. Today, we have been in our home for two weeks and very happy, thanks to the experienced team at Cooper Carter Realty.

Was very impressed with the professionalism Amanda displayed. Always a friendly smile and positive attitude, nothing too hard and always responding promptly to requests. Would recommend Carter Cooper Realty for anyone wanting a professional agent

All elements of the business are run in an exstremely professional way from rentals through to sales

We have engaged Kim Carter and her amazing team on a couple of properties that have successfully sold in the Hervey Bay Region. We haven't bought through Kim unfortunately, this was only due to other agencies having exclusivity on properties that we purchased, we chose Kim to sell our properties because of the experience we had whilst being shown other properties by Kim. Kim Carter, Michelle Cooper and team are the best in town. Thank you for service.

Kim has a personal and professional approach that secured the deal for us. That's what it's about as far as we are concerned. No games!

Thank you kim for the professional ,friendly and attentive approach to the listing ,sale and post sale correspondence, for the duration of the process ,have and will continue to recommend kim and her team.

The process was quick, easy, and without problems.

Very accommodating and positive experience
