Richelle worked hard in a difficult climate to achieve the sale of our property. We dropped the asking price several times to better meet the market. Just prior to the sale, we were due to sign a new contract with Our City Real Estate to extend the exclusivity date, together with a lower commission. We didn't get around to doing so and the property sold in the meantime. Lan generously agreed to accept a commission considerably lower than in the original contract. All things considered; we were happy with the sale of our property.
