I consulted 3 different agents in Orange when I decided to sell my home. From the first meeting, Lan was positive and excited about selling my property and that attitude didn’t change at all during the selling process. This was particularly welcome after another agent in Orange had told me my property would take a long time to sell and was worth 100k less than the price Lan achieved for me!!! Lan and his team did a great job marketing the property with quality photos and videos. Open homes and access to the property were always handled professionally with nothing being too much trouble. I accepted a good offer after being on the market for just 4 weeks in a ‘tricky’ market. They also handled the building and bank inspections for me as well as the terms for exchange and settlement. I am happy to highly recommend Lan and his team, and would choose them again without hesitation.
