Ben Ball

We chose Belle Properties because we trusted that they would work for us and would provide the right advice to ensure we would achieve the best price possible. Ben and his team kept us informed all the way through this journey, and even in the current real estate environment, we still managed a sale price that we were very satisfied with. The team at Belle clearly was working to help us achieve our goal rather than just trying to get a quick sale. We would definitely recommend Ben and Belle Properties if you are looking to sell your home.

Ben was great. Very communicative, constructive and always available to answer any questions.

Great communication and helpful throughout the entire process.

Ben and Luca are thorough professionals and they work towards what the seller needs rather pushing median market prices. They have been exceptional with handling queries patiently and I will always recommend them to friends and family to sell house through them.Very friendly and always willing to help navigate during difficult times as well.

Ben, Luca & the team at Belle Bridgeman Downs are amazing! They know the suburb and its demographics along with knowing who the market are when buying or selling property. Communication is outstanding and they keep you informed every step of the way when buying or selling. Belle Bridgeman Downs are the only real estate agents any buyer or seller should work with. Highly recommend!

Ben and the team were amazing from the very beginning, so friendly, genuine, and down-to-earth. Ben instantly understood what kind of home would suit us, just from meeting us. He made the entire process completely stress-free and ultimately helped us secure our first dream home. We couldn’t have asked for more caring people to guide us. We appreciate Ben and his team so much, and we feel like we’ve gained new friends, not just a home. We’d recommend them to absolutely anyone looking to buy a home, they’re truly the best.
