We were selling our home whilst based interstate so called on Ben to do much of the legwork that a seller would traditionally do themselves. Ben arranged trades, moved outdoor furniture prior to Cyclone Alfred, swept the paths before opens, all things that we weren't there to do and that demonstrate his willingness to going above and beyond. We are extremely grateful for all Ben and his team did for us.

He sold our home on Manly Road on the same day as our first (& only) open home! As a family with 2 small children, that was so welcome because organising an open home is so much work.
