I chose Ben based on my brother’s successful experience with him, where he obtained a sale price $100k higher than other agents were proposing. My experience was identical. Ben demonstrated his market knowledge by insisting that the house was worth $100-120k more than several other agents. He was right; it was sold for slightly higher than even Ben proposed. We received two offers the day after the first opening, and had a contract of sale three days later. Throughout the process Ben was knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
