Felt comfortable with Ben as our Agent the first time we met him when he came to appraise the property. He suggested a three step marketing strategy, with a general Home Open being the third step if necessary. We had multiple offers at the "Private Appointment" stage, so it was not necessary to have public home opens. We accepted an offer in the price range we had agreed with Ben.
