We were so happy to have had Ben Gazal of Harcourts BMG at Coolangatta as our real estate agent to handle the sale of our unit at Rainbow Bay. Ben had originally handled the sale of the unit to us 4 1/2 years ago, whilst working at another agency. Again we felt very comfortable knowing that Ben would be looking after our interests. Ben is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and has wonderful communication skills. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Gazal as "Your Agent" if you are buying or selling. Thanks, Ben.

we wish to thank Ben and his team for making this difficult time easier, we have had to sell our fathers apartment in Coolangatta, Ben and his team took over, gave great advice, kept in communication regularly, and on the first open home achieved a really good offer that was accepted. As we are not based in Australia Ben and his team made this sale easier, we never had to worry. Harcourts again fantastic service.

Fantastic Ben came out on a Sunday in his own time as well as doing the deal for us with the owner. As Ben was flying out that evening on holiday overseas he tied everything thing up. Ben left it all in the very capable hands of Christine who also done a great job We couldn't be happier with your service David and Gabrielle Lewis 😊

I have bought and sold through Ben a number of times over recent years and have found them to be very professional and approachable from both a buyer and vendor perspective. They offer friendly reliable service with staff who know their jobs.

We received exceptional service from all staff members at BMG. Very professional, punctual and on the ball team. Very happy buyers!

Ben was great to deal and delivered a good outcome to both buyer and seller. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben. Thank you Ben.

Great agent and co workers. Always communicated with each step of the process.

The Christine and Ben team were pretty awesome and achieve a price way above my asking price. I wish them all the best and thank them for the help in achieving such a great result. Cheers

No hesitation in recommending Ben again. Backed by a great team of professionals.

Ben is an easy person to deal with. His engaging and no pressure approach backed up with a very professional service resulted in an easy, stress free sale and settlement. His back up staff are a credit to Ben and the industry itself. Highly recommend.

I expected alot and got the lot. Great effort by Ben and his team.

Ben's face to face sales and product knowledge is first class. I'm sure that Ben's communication with any buyer was also first class. I would have no hesitation to recommend Ben to any prospective seller.
