Please note I have already sent a review and it said that Ben is the best we have encountered, credible, reliable and a very good communicator. There was no chance involved in selecting Ben, he was going to be the only one I would have considered to handle the property sale. First rate in every respect.
I wanted to get out of my unit, clear some debts and make a fresh start. I was looking for quick sale, and I did want to beat around the bush. Ben priced my unit perfectly against the market and I still made around $10000 more then what I expected. As I was still living there at the time of sale, Ben explained to me how I should present my place and with out those tips there no way I could have sold it within 8 days. Service was great, this was my second place I had sold and compared to my first sale all the emphasis was on me, which I couldn't thank Ben more for. I'll defently be dealing with him in the future when I decide to jump back into the market.
After communicating with Ben our needs to buy an investment property, he was fast to find us a unit that met all our needs. Ben made buying a unit very easy with great communication and professionalism. We would be happy to recommend Ben and his team.
Ben recently sold our unit at Rainbow Bay. The sale went well and we appreciate Ben's prompt and effective Marketing and Sales Skills.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Ben Gazal when selling our Coolangatta unit. From the initial meeting to the final handover of keys were handled with extreme care and professionalism. Ben and his team were complete professionals in every sense.Ben's knowledge and understanding of the local area served us well. He is upfront and honest. We had complete faith in his approach and abilities to get us the best possible outcome and were very happy with the result. We would'nt hesitate to call Ben again. Des & Donna Kerr
We appreciated the hard work and perseverance that Ben and his team put in to get a sale. They gave plenty of useful feedback along the way, and addressed any issues we had as part of the process. Thanks!
Being from outta of state, honesty and integrity with a clear view of the local market was imperative for us. Ben demonstrated those qualities and coupled with his 'can do' team provided us with a satisfying outcome at a particularly stressfully time in our lives. Thank you Ben and your team of professionals
The service Ben GAZAL and the staff of BMG Property Group gave us in the preliminary advice, preparation of the property and finally the successful sale cannot be overstated. Ben's straight forward approach and his availability when needed made the whole process of selling much less stressful than it would otherwise have been.
From our first meeting with Ben we felt comfortable allowing him to market our property. His honest advise and marketing knowledge was a real bonus..Ben's team kept us informed at all times giving feed back in regards to open house and general inquires. I feel we achieved a fair price. We could only highly recommend Ben as real estate Professional.
Ben was wonderful to work with. We have ventured from the city into the country, so we bombarded Ben with questions about the area, the locals, how to operate the hobby farm, the tank water, waste treatment, slashing, fencing, you name it and much more . Thanks Ben for all your help, you are a credit to your company. We would highly recommend Ben's services. Ian and Martina
Ben was extremely honest, capable and understanding of our limited knowledge of the buying process. Ben and his staff guided us through the process with constant contact, from the initial viewing to the settlement day.
A very approachable and knowledgeable agent who I would highly recommend to all
