I wanted to get out of my unit, clear some debts and make a fresh start. I was looking for quick sale, and I did want to beat around the bush. Ben priced my unit perfectly against the market and I still made around $10000 more then what I expected. As I was still living there at the time of sale, Ben explained to me how I should present my place and with out those tips there no way I could have sold it within 8 days. Service was great, this was my second place I had sold and compared to my first sale all the emphasis was on me, which I couldn't thank Ben more for. I'll defently be dealing with him in the future when I decide to jump back into the market.
