We've had some dealings with real estate agents over the years but never one like Ben. Ben will offer his time to discuss and explain the strategies and approach for our sales campaign and provide updates every day or two on the progress, level of interest generated, number of potential buyers etc. He constantly reviews the strategy to check its effectiveness. He is positive and tenacious, never gives up.
Ben helped me right through this process. Starting with the decision to sell - where he gave me great advice. Once that decision was made, Ben kept me up to date as the sale progressed towards the auction. He gave me excellent feedback with the progress of viewings and made sure that the photos of the unit were of great quality. I thought the first ones were pretty good but not good enough for Ben. This was very important to me as I am resident in South Africa and was entirely reliant on him to run the process for me. The price I got for the unit was also exactly what he had said he hoped he good get for me. I really do recommend Ben most highly!
