Ben invested an extraordinary effort in the promotion and sale of this apartment at a very challenging time in the real estate market. I very much appreciated his willingness to attend many extra open for inspections, try many different marketing approaches to attracting prospective purchasers and his general help with the property throughout the campaign and even before the campaign started. I could not have asked for more effort and skill in making the sale happen.

Ben is clearly a great real estate agent. He achieved my price expectations in what was clearly a tough market. It was obvious he was constantly thinking about how to position the property, and how to achieve the best result for his client (myself). His communication was excellent, both in regards, to setting expectations along with keeping me abreast of the market and prospective buyers. I live in Singapore, and so this was very important, and from start to finish, I believe he was highly transparent, emotionally intelligent and strong on integrity, great traits for anyone, but particularly for people in real estate. I personally believe the buyers bought well (I have some emotional attachment), but I am very happy with the price achieved, given the banking royal commission, the negative press, market sentiment and personal tax implications. Throughout the process Ben articulated many sensible strategies, with one being his advice to delay the auction and change the list price, to find a new buyer. This proved to be the correct action with the sale price 9% above the main auction prospects ultimate offer. My job is as a fund manager in Singapore, investing our clients superannuation money in Asian real estate stocks like (Westfield, Mirvac, Lendlease, Capitaland etc), and so I have some insights into the Australian and Asian property markets. It also means that I have met some property people who have spin, without substance. In my view this is not Ben, and I would recommend him to anyone interested in selling. I feel lucky to have had Ben as my agent, as I used him only because Little were my property manager, from 2011 when I first rented out the property. I had not met or spoken to him prior to listing my property in 2018. I really do feel he has the hunger, tenacity and integrity to get the best result for his client, in any market, and not just in frothy ones, which anyone can do. I 100% recommend him, and am happy to discuss further should anyone wish.
