Ben gave me realistic expectations about what price to expect, unlike some other agents that promised the earth just to get the listing. Ben was in frequent communication with me, from the start until the settlement day, and made the sales process simple for me, despite a few hurdles on the way. If you want a good, honest real estate agent, (those don't normally go in the same sentence!) who will put in the extra time, even on a Sunday, to sell your property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben to anybody.
