We used Ben again after we were unable to sell our house last year due to the election slump. Ben was able to use all of the previous advertising material and advise us on what was the best advertising campaign. We decided to go Zango and then may be Allhomes later as the price of Allhomes had become cost probative. Within 2 open homes we had a number of parties interested and Ben worked hard for us to get the result we were looking for. I would recommend Ben in a heartbeat; he is a genuine guy who does not go the hard sell sales pitch on you or the buyer. What you see it what you get.
