After first approaching Ben to sell our home we were filled with confidence in his level of expertise in the industry and knew immediately that we had chosen the right company to market the home. We used Ben again after we were unable to sell our house last year due to the election slump. Ben was able to use all of the previous advertising material and advise us on what was the best advertising campaign. We decided to go Zango and then may be Allhomes later as the price of Allhomes had become cost probative. Within 2 open homes we had a number of parties interested and Ben worked hard for us to get the result we were looking for. I would recommend Ben in a heartbeat; he is a genuine guy who does not go the hard sell sales pitch on you or the buyer. What you see it what you get. It will be a while before we sell again but we will be calling Ben again when we do.
Ben was bang on the money when it came to pricing our property, he managed to get us a better price than expected. He was very easy to deal with, he was honest and unlike a lot of agents he was very responsive to calls and texts etc. He provided us with a realistic approach when it came to advertising and when providing us with a timeline of the stages of selling.
