Ben is an outstanding agent to work with along with his Sales Associate Sarah. He is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very good knowledge of the current market. My husband and I listed two properties and purchased one with Ben in 2021. The sales and purchase of all 3 properties settled smoothly and with no major dramas. Our experience with Ben and his team was extremely professional from start to finish. We highly recommend Ben in all aspects as an Agent.

Ben and the team at Ray White Keevers Group would be our first choice for all our property transactions. Their always friendly outgoing but professional tone allowed for both my wife and I to really enjoy the whole sub-division process of our land, knowing that Ben and his team had our backs every step of the way. Thanks again guys, we could not be happier with the final outcome. Alan and Peta.

Honest, professional, local knowledge. Easy to deal with have confidence in them so would go back for other dealings.

Seamless, easy process buying a block of land. Good communication from Ben. Very professional and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

We highly recommend Ben and his team when purchasing your next home. The process for my wife and I was effortless due to how professional Ben and his staff were. Thanks Alex

Ben and Sarah were very attentive and patient before we decided to list the property with them. Once listed we were guided through the process carefully and Ben's experience and professional presence got us the result we were hoping for. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The thing I like about Ben is the down to earth manner which made a stressful situation easier. I had to find a house in a hurry in a seller's market. Of course he was working for the seller but I weirdly still felt like he was looking after me. If a home wasn't suitable he kept me informed of upcoming sales and one hit the mark. Would recommend him as a selling agent and will be using him next time I sell.

From start to finish, Ben and his team provided a professional and supportive experience. Ben provided a comprehensive analysis of our home with a balanced valuation of both realism and optimism. An approach of both patience and confidence, assured us of his integrity and his genuine appreciation of his role in one of life's big decisions. Ben and his team appeared to work cohesively, reflected in excellent communication (special thanks to Sarah). When choosing to sell your home, I would highly recommend Ben and his team.

Very friendly and professional at all times, made the selling experience a pleasure.

Ben Keevers and his team provided a service that was professional but had a relaxed approached that made the whole selling process very easy. Their feedback on potential buyers activities and thoughts were invaluable to enable my wife and I to have confidence with the final selling price. Along with this, Ben’s honesty and professional feedback regarding what our home was worth would enable a quick sale without compromising price. We would both like to say the biggest Thankyou to Ben and his team! Kind regards Alan & Peta

Excellent job to find buyers, very good communication during selling.

Ben conducted himself in a professional but friendly manner. He was always available to answer our queries and his knowledge of the area is exceptional. It was a pleasure doing business
