We listed our Sorrento property with Ben & Sarah after meeting them for an evaluation, they seemed very invested in the Sorrento area , very aware of the sales history of the area & were conservative in their estimation, not trying to blow us away with huge expectation. They were very patient with us getting the place ready for sale. After signing with them, they kept in close touch & once we had the first home open they were very quickly in touch with the days results, by the following Tuesday they were canvassing offers & after the 2nd home open had courted a very good offer, Ben did the negotiation for us to get a much better outcome than I had expected. We are very happy with their work ethic, customer service ethos & genuine desire to work for & with the vendor. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs to sell in the area.
