Ben and his team were extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable throughout my whole purchasing process. They aimed to please and did just that. I could not recommend them highly enough. We had a clear line of communication and all questions and demands that I had were met with a positive attitude. I thank Ben and his team for there help and wish them all the best in the future.
Ben Keevers and his team made purchasing our first home an extremely easy and stress free experience. Would definitely reccomend working with them
Our heartfelt thanks go to Ben, Bree and the Keevers team for an exceptional experience selling our family home. When engaging an agent, we already knew of Ben by reputation but felt an immediate rapport and sense of trust on first meeting. Ben was our guy; straight up, authentic, exceptional knowledge of the local area, actively engaged in the local community, professional, and a solid record that speaks for itself. It was emotional decision to leave our first home. Ben understood and lead us with compassion, patience, positivity and good-natured humour, even when we were (I was) being insufferable. He even got us into an off-market rental while we search for our forever home! Above and beyond. Ben understood our goals, gave us realistic expectations and was completely transparent at every step of the process. The marketing campaign was seamless, communications were always quick and upbeat, the sale was turned around in a week and the sale price was well above the average for the area. Stoked! We really can’t recommend Ben & the team highly enough. The whole experience has been a sincere pleasure from beginning to end. Epic agent. Killer team. Five very enthusiastic stars.
We have known Ben for a few years while searching for a house to buy in the Sorrento area. He has always been very approachable, will listen to your own thoughts on the house pricing, is honest with his feedback, transparent about the sale process, sellers expectations, and has an extensive understanding of the local market. For the purchase of our house we found Ben's service no different to our previous interactions. There was clear and transparent communication on the sale process, he understood what we were looking for, our limitations, and gave us good feedback for us to consider in putting in our best offer. Ben then followed the settlement process closely along with his team, and overall made the whole purchase to settlement process very easy for us which is what you want after purchase of a home.
Ben and his staff are team are excellent real estate sales people. They are all exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely personable. They know their area inside out. This is the second property Ben and his team have sold for us, which says it all. They are no doubt the best in our area.
Ben was extremely professional in the sale of our home. Our home was sold in record time due to Ben's knowledge of our suburb and to his intuition of what buyers were after in our area. On a personal note Ben's wit and mannerisms put us at ease immediately and we knew we had chosen the right man to sell our home.
I recently got Ben to sell my property after reading plenty of good reviews online. He was so easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and got me more than I was hoping for, we had a few good offers but he didn't push me to take them and we held out for a better offer which we got. Ben was very flexible with home opens and Sarah who works with him was great also. Highly recommended using him if you want a pain free sale.
My wife and I have met Ben on several occasions but never managed to work with him to buy or sell our home. Ben has always been a great person to deal with and very open and honest. He will say it how it is and work hard to close a deal. He is a true gentleman and is always polite and engaging. I am glad to finally have worked with Ben and his team and we are hoping there will be more opportunities down the track either to buy or sell properties. I will definitely recommend his services!
Great communication and support throughout the entire journey. Excellent knowledge of marketing our property and approachable. We couldn’t be happier with Ben and his team and highly recommend them when selling your house!
Would highly recommend Ben and his team as the sale was easy and stress free. Very quick sale and always professional. We were kept uptodate on exactly was was happening regarding home opens (people thru) and regular feedback.
Ben and his team has been amazing to ensure that the settlement is smooth. They have been so helpful with all our queries and prompt with all correspondence.
It was very easy and stress free going through the process with Ben. Outlined our options and helped us greatly with the one we finally settled on.
