Ben sold our property very quickly.. after some good advice as to how to price it, we sold after the first home open for just over the asking price. The pictures organised presented the property in its very best light, and I felt confident Ben was representing our best interests in a strong but realistic manner at all times. Whilst communication through the home open/sales process was good, it was a shame that once the final contract was signed, we did not hear again from Ben. Other agents we've worked with have celebrated the sale of a property with us, via a small gesture. This is always appreciated, and perhaps something Peard could do to improve the customer experience. Beyond this, we were happy enough and have no real complaints.
