From our first meeting, Ben was on the job and motivated for a quick sale at an agreed price. He was always contactable, no matter what time of the day or night, seven days a week. Ben is very professional and a great communicator. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben to everyone I know that is selling.

Very happy with the top level of service from Ben at Peard. There was no "hard sell" and Ben quietly went about selling our property letting us know what was happening. I would recommend Ben to anyone and in fact we have recommended him to friends of ours who will now be using him.

Ben is a knowledgable agent in the area he went above and beyond in selling our property Ben handled himself with professionalism and kept us well informed throughout the process of seling our house

This was the second property Ben has sold for us and we were again part of a seamless experience. Ben's knowledge of the local market and connections with buyers is second to none in the northern coastal suburbs. More importantly, his friendly and open nature make him a privilege to deal with - both for the seller and the buyer. We have been more than satisfied with Ben's service and sold both properties in a timely manner with ease and confidence.

Ben is a very hard working and approachable real estate agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Keevers in buying or selling your home.

Worked extremely hard to get us the best possible price. Very trustworthy and honest. Would highly recommend
