Ben is easy going but highly professional and hardworking person. Ben helped in selling our house quickly. We didn't stress out even we were in different state as Ben handled it so well as knows what is he doing and best in it. Definitely suggest to other people. Priyanka and Ajay
My one expectation of an agent was that I would always know what was happening, Ben always delivered on this. The whole experience was uncomplicated and transparent.
Ben has been very helpful which made the selling a smooth process - I was updated on a regular basis regarding to potential buyers and informed of the results instantly after the opening. Ben provides professionally honest advise and treats the property with respect and offers hand on solution to difficult situations. He is very patient and calm but acts very quickly to the best interest of vendor he represents. I would highly recommended Ben to anyone who want to sell or buy properties.
Ben asked us to have faith in him to achieve the best price at auction, we did and he delivered. His constant engagement with us providing updates and making himself available was phenomenal- something we haven’t received from other agents in the area. Would recommend you consider nobody else when looking to sell your property
I really appreciated Ben's effort in selling my house. It took a while which worried me but Ben supported me through the process. We ended up getting two buyers fighting for the home and negotiating a price over the asking price and a fast exchange. This was really stressful for me but Ben's knowledge and experience really helped me through this time. Thank you also to Tracey for helping.
Ben was fantastic, he gave us tips on how to better our house and we ended up getting 40k more then our asking price! Our house sold within a week of it being on the market and we had nothing but pleasant experiences! I would highly recommend him for further sales!!
Thanks Ben for selling my renovated flip house, we had 2 great offers and it was a race to exchange! Achieved an awesome price in the quickest time ever for me! Looking forward to working with you again!
Ben’s attention to detail, regular communication and professionalism were key to the success we achieved. I would highly recommend Ben as an agent.
Right from the beginning, Ben was an excellent communicator, professional and went the extra mile to make sure we were informed and satisfied with the process. We achieved a great price and a very quick sale. I would definitely recommend Ben for your property sale
Excellent knowledge of the market, good communicator and very professional. Worked hard to sell our home.
It was a very competitive selling time with lots of options in the area however Ben was always keen to get the best price for us. When it came to settlement his experience played a vital role.
Ben gave us practical, honest advice and his knowledge of the area and the market meant our house sold in a week. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided. We'd recommend Ben to any prospective seller.
