We expected a really top service from Ben, however, the service we received was pretty poor. Many of his statements and answers just didn't add up or contradict each other. He wasn't forthcoming about the offers he received. He withheld/manipulated information that could have influenced our decison making. We suspected that he know the buyer, and was disapointed when he said after we signed the contract " I know them really well, they are really nice couple" The other thing he did that was very dodgy, was that: When we decided to accept the offer and sign the contract on a Wed, I told him specifically on that day at 8am to cancel the House opening and he said sure no worries. The time of the House opening was in the evening and he showed up and we were assuming that the House opening is cancelled. The contract was signed and then people started showing up. Then he told my son to go outside and tell poeple, our family is having an emergency so we cancelled the opening. In another words, he was advising my son in front of me to go outside and lie to people. He is a very smooth operator with his poker face, but be careful when dealing with him. HE IS A LIAR.

With the once a lifetime COVID19 outbreak strike in our sales campaign, Ben has demonstrated great diligence and sensitivity a great real estate agent could have. Although the price was not as high as we were expecting back in Sep 19, when we were talking about listing the property, the end result we have achieved in April 20 is a very reasonable outcome. Noone can tell the future but only a few of the top ones has the skill to catch what's presenting, Ben is certainly one of those.
