A very responsive, knowledgeable agent that can get deals done. I usually don't like property agents and don't trust them, but Ben and his team have been very helpful and honest during the purchase process. The really big plus was they were very good at fulfilling all my requests from the auction till settlement, and establishing a communication channel between the previous owner and I.
