Ben would regularly contact us to see how we were going and to inform us of the market trends but at no time did we feel pressured, we felt more as if a good friend was helping us. I think that is the most important thing about an agent, you should feel extremely comfortable. We felt this with Ben. When we listed the property, Ben was there to guide us all the way. He organised everything, it was so easy. He got us more than we asked for and the property was sold in under a week. What more could you want?
