Ben Strimling

I met with Ben after approaching 5 other local agents over a matter of 10 days - so I had in mind what was "out there" and it was pretty fresh in my memory, although I had not sold a property for over 30 years! However, I had kept a keen eye on the market in mine and other areas for a considerable time. When I met with Ben at Fletchers it was refreshing as I didn't have to "dig" for answers to questions I had as I had with some other agents. Ben did not "gloss" over issues, (and lets face it all properties have issues), as some other agents had and he was not afraid to refer to others in the company - such a positive sign because I knew they were backing his judgment, they were a team. Ben stayed in contact, (even when it was difficult and my phone was out of range in country Victoria) and was alway prompt in getting back to me. Ben was always polite and never pushy. Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap but it was not until I met Ben and the team I remembered as a small child Fletchers sold our home in Nth Balwyn in the early '60's - my parents were impressed back then and now so am I. Fletchers and their staff do it the old fashion way - thats service!

Ben is a sincere and experienced auctioneer, he cared about my opinions and discussed a proposal with my agent and strived for the results I want.

Ben made the transition period an easy one. His knowledge on the market allowed me to make a precise decision based on the market conditions. Whilst it being a tough time in the market he ensured to give me great offers. He was friendly, well spoken and professional through the whole experience. Great work Ben
