Hi Ben, we were generally pleased with Ben's approach and consideration of our concerns and requests however, we believe as the buyer a more assertive effort may have delivered our claim/s as a result of the building report and matters identified therein as well as our own observation. Given the owner had not lived in the house but capitalised on the rental investment total neglect of the premises as well as the poor attempt with patching up, painting and poor quality floor coverings in three bedrooms and dining room left a bit to be desired. It is recognised the agent is commissioned by the vendor however, if an agent want to establish good rapport with prospective buyers so as to establish ongoing contact for reselling in future years, consideration of buyers requests need be taken into account. These comments are given in the manner one hopes will be taken as intended, 'with all good intent and respect'.
