Ben is a reliable agent with full on his industrial knowledge and networking ability with others . He is helping us in renovating our investment home to get tenants on time. He is very responsive to us even on Sunday and reliable. I could not find any reason to give Ben a house key for both selling and renovatin and I am sure he will look after anyone.

Ben went above and beyond to help get our home ready for sale. Living some distance away from the property we needed this support and Ben was more than happy to oblige. He was an excellent negotiator and secured a very good price for our home. We are very happy clients!

We were looking for a fast sale and Ben was able to provide great advice as to how to prepare our apartment to get the best result. We followed all of Ben's recommendations and the property was under contract in a week and a half for a bit above list price. We wanted realistic advice on price to make a quick sale and Ben was honest about how best to sell the property. Having said this the sale price was the highest to date for that complex! Ben knows what he is doing!

Ben had a vast knowledge of the building the apartment was located in. It was very comforting to deal with someone who you knew had the answer to your every question and could allay your concerns. Most likely he does a lot of research on each property he handles which put my mind at ease. Also a very truthful and straight forward person i.e he shook my hand and promised me he would get a toilet issue fixed before settlement although he had no legal obligation to do so but he kept his word. Will definitely be giving Ben a call in the future when I am looking to invest in real estate once again.
