Benjamin was the Sellers agent. I was the Buyer. I met Benjamin at a viewing and immediately find him knowledgeable, open and honest about the property but also the general Brisbane Market ( which would have been useful should my offer not have been successful). He gave me some indications of the Sellers expectations and a week later I made an offer which was rejected ..but we pressed on. Benjamin was giving me what feed back he could continually and promptly. A week later I revised my offer slightly and we tweaked it 2 days later to a figure that we were both happy with ( I would have liked to have paid less and I am sure the Sellers would have liked to have been paid more but it takes "2 to tango!" ).
