As first home buyers, Bev made the whole process much less intimidating and scary. She clearly explained how everything worked, and made us feel very comfortable asking questions about the process. She stayed in regular touch and kept us up to date without everything was going. Was a really great experience and would definitely work with again.

When looking for an agent to sell my property I spoke to the agent who the property is leased through and to Bev via recommendation from a mutual associate. The other agent put together an email and told me what they would do, what it would cost and what they expected I would get. Bev insisted on meeting face to face with me at my place at a time convenient to me being a Sunday afternoon. Tick in the box - personalised. She told me that she generally only takes on a limited number of sales so she can best service her portfolio. Sold. Throughout the process Bev gave me regular updates and everything went smoothly. I susoect that a big part of her success is that she looks out for everyone in the process i.e. the vendor, prospective purchasers, tenants, letting agent - everyone.
