What can I say? Michelle, is nothing but professional I felt completely at ease selling with Michelle and flew overseas trhe day after signing the contracts. I was kept up to date whilst overseas with emails and phone calls when required but not overkill. It is with pleasure that I thank and recommend Michelle and her team.

My husband & I crossed paths with Michelle Stephens at an open house. We had already had a valuation on the property we were selling and were not looking for any others. Michelle greeted us with warmth & engaged us in conversation after we had inspected the unit. It was not for us and Michelle showed genuine interest in what type of property that we were looking for. She offered to value our home and we felt instantly comfortable with her. She has such a pleasant manner and we felt that we were being taken seriously. We put our property in her capable hands and it was sold within 5 days for the price that we had only hoped to get. Michelle was always just phone call away, always easy to contact and no question or worry that we had was ever treated as trivial and addressed professionally. The whole process was enjoyable and we were made to feel like entire team at O'Brien Real Estate Carrum Downs were working for us. Thank you so much Michelle you are awesome....

We would highly recommend Michelle and her team to sell your property, they delivered on every promise made, the whole team are incredibly friendly and helpful. Still cant believe we sold in 3days!

Michelle did a fantastic job regarding the sale of our investment property in Carrum Downs. As we live 2 and a half hours away, we needed a agent that had knowledge of the area, was honest and sales driven. Michelle ticked all the boxes and with that she achieved the result we were wanting with the sale. Thanks Michelle, Karen and Brad

Michelle was very professional in the sale of my home, a great result with my home sold in just over a week Very happy

Michelle and her team were amazing they stayed in contact with us the hole way through. We had an offer within the 1st week and Michelle said "I can get you more". The buyer would not budge so we let them go. 5 days later she had another offer better than the 1st and said again "I can get you more" and she did. Her negotiation skills are amazing and she has the people skills you want your agent to have when they are selling your house. If we sell again we will be sure to use Michelle again. Thank you again Michelle, Natalie, Tina and Liam we are ever so greatful for all your hard work.

Michelle was a excellent agent and we are thrilled we entrusted her with selling our home. Michelle had sound knowledge of the market within and around the area. She had a strong team behind her to support the sale of the house also. Michelle was able to achieve an outstanding result for us and we would absolutely recommend her as an agent.

Unsure if I was ready to sell my property, Michelle was happy to meet for a chat anyway. I researched her sales record and after our meeting with her market knowledge and hard working attitude, I was confident she would get me what I wanted. O'Brien have very professional marketing, that and her hard working team made my open a huge success. I sold my property for more than expected, thanks to Michelle and her great team and I highly recommend her!!

The experience of dealing with Michelle was extremely exciting and satisfying and our property was sold in 2 days with a fantastic result above our expectations. Her knowledge of the market and her methods of showing a property were extremely professional . We highly recommend her and the team at Obrien Real Estate Carrum Downs to all of our friends and would not hesitate when selling future properties

We highly recommend Michelle to anyone thinking of selling. We were happy with Michelle's negotiation skills, getting us more for our house than we ever dreamed of. No matter what time of day or time it was Michelle answered her phone, answering question. In the end she negotiated late into the weekend night "which other agent would do that" great job Michelle thanks heaps.
