If you are selling and you have done your comparisons, then you will know - alot of agents can *talk up* results to sound good and try to impress. However Mike and his team will actually *GET YOU RESULTS*. Go ahead and compare professional photos, quality brochures, immaculate presentation during open inspections, and the structured process and endless effort in follow up and negotiation. Everyone from Mike's admin team, through to photography/video, auction, sales agents has stood out and not only met expectations, but exceeded them. Simple things like presentation during an Open Inspection to Auction preparation, everything was *5 STARS - FIRST CLASS* - especially standing out when compared to other agent's efforts! FACT1 - after the house sold (for the price we wanted), we had 3 other Real Estate agents call and "congratulate" us on selling the house - when I know the other agents only wanted to know how much the house sold for. FACT2 - all of those agents from other companies significantly under valued the property - be careful as this is a strategy and tactic that many agents will attempt in order to close a sale. Mike's team never did this. FACT3 - if you are undecided, then it doesn't hurt to have a 30 second conversation with Mike (or even text him), as you only have everything to gain and nothing to lose. These simple facts demonstrate how Mike Lao and his team are the *BEST* real estate agents in the business. We compared and now we know.
