After deciding we were ready to sell our home, we started looking around at other properties first and by attending open houses we starting meeting different agents and we were researching how the agents were interacting with buyers of these properties. We met Mike at an open house and we arranged for him to come out to our property to give us a valuation and explain the selling process to us (this was our first time). We were so impressed by his marketing strategies and how Mike and his staff follow up with everyone that has been through an inspection of the property (which in our experience wasn't always the case with other selling agents) that we signed immediately with Mike without having any other agents to our house.
