Mike came across as very professional & down to earth from the second you meet him . He was not the first agent we spoke to in regards to selling our investment property but he certainly impressed . The property booklet was impressive - not a 1 sheet presentation. He also gives you a questionnaire ref the property to get the owners view on the property. We have never seen this before . This info is used in the booklet . On realestate.com he includes figures for council & water rates , E/services levy , frontage etc . Not many agents do this. He was always available to respond to any queries we had & his office maintained contact throughout the sales process . He also has a seller's portal online so you can track how many have viewed the property online & in person. Mike sold this property after the first open for a figure higher than the asking price.
