We were ecstatic with the way the house was markets, the brochure and the photography was great. Even better was the 3d tour! Mike kept us up to date as soon as something progressed we knew in real time. Mike knew exactly what would sell the property fast, from showing us how the twilight photography would best display out home and make it stand out and getting us well over the asking price, to his knowledge on the area we were selling in. Mike and the team were amazing. If i ever sold again i would definitely call mike. Mike sold our property in one open, this definitely exceeded our expectations.

I had an excellent experience selling my property through Mike. As an interstate investor, Mike was very professional and organized everything remotely without the need for me to travel to the state. Mike and his team kept me in the loop throughout the whole process via email, phone calls, and texts so I always knew what was happening. The marketing package had great photography and good copy, and the property sold faster than I expected and for a higher price than I expected.
