Mitch's knowledge of the real estate market and his professional and respectful approach towards the sale of our property achieved a very prompt and satisfactory outcome. His dedication and ability to showcase our property, ably assisted by Tacoda is highly commended. We do not hesitate in recommending Mitch and his team as an agent to any prospective buyer or seller. Our sincere thanks and appreciation.

When we decided to sell our property, friends and family recommended we list with Mitch Davidson and his team at LJ Hooker South West and we are glad we took their advice. Mitch, more than ably assisted by Tocoda, proved to be very professional and efficient in organizing all the details including a very reasonably priced comprehensive advertising campaign and demonstrated access to a remarkable network of potential purchasers. This coupled with their "Best Offer First" approach resulted in the property being sold at full asking price in a couple of short weeks. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and the performance of Mitch and his team and have no hesitation in recommending them to other sellers or prospective buyers.

From the moment we contacted Mitch he went above & beyond to ensure our buying experience went smoothly & answered any questions we had. Mitch & his team are a very professional outfit & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, buying or selling!

Mitch from LJ Hooker Collie, is a very pleasant and easy to deal with sales representative, who has a lot of respect for his clients while performing the sale of our property, diligently, professionally and with dedication to achieve a speedy result. My wife and I would highly recommend him and his lovely and charming assistant Dakota for any of their property sales or purchases. Well done!! guys. Geoff & Kasha

Mitch has been tremendously helpful in buying the property in Collie WA even though I live in Sydney NSW. He is very organised and has good communication making us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process from beginning to end.

Bang on the money for a quick sale that I, the vendor, was also satisfied with. Although I had an offer within 25 hrs of internet as being live, Mitch did not even bother me with the offer until it was close to the advertised value. Mitch and his team facilitated an effortless sale using his extremely capable and professional team and contacts, including Clarity Conveyancers. Thanks Mitch and Natasha - teamdavidson@ljhsouthwest.com.au

Extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much bother. Easy to deal with and caring at the same time.

He got very close to what he appraised at it at

Mitch and his team provided exceptional service and knowledge throughout our dealings. Communication was always on point, with the team always being approachable, professional and friendly. Local insights, in addition to their experience in real estate resulted in a smooth, successful and positive experience. Highly recommend Mitch and his team - Tocoda, Emilia and Natasha, for any future Real Estate business needs.

Mitch and Tacoda were extremely professional. Always keeping us informed every step of the way. Was a pleasure to sell our house through LJ Hooker Collie.

Mitch was flexible, taking us to a second property that we hadn't scheduled, and allowing us the time to get a good sense of the place. He was responsive, professional, and thorough.

Mitch & the LJ Hooker team were incredibly helpful. As a local, Mitch has terrific market knowledge and, even though I was over 600kms away, I felt involved at all times. Great communication and strategy were imperative to achieving a fast sale and settlement. Mitch and his team went above and beyond to facilitate support to me during the sale and I highly commend their professionalism and integrity. A sincere thank you from myself and my girls in helping make a stressful situation quite painless.
